Regent University

At Regent University, you will get an education with Christian
foundations that is unique to this school. I love this school; frankly because I can find my identity in Christ and express it freely and comfortably. Regent's motto is founded on Christian leadership that changes the world; and I believe that I can definitely be an advocate in the world because of the ideals taught at Regent University.

Christian Education

"Jessica!" My mother yelled. "Jessica!" "Yes mom?" "I just saw a school on the 700 Club called . I know you have your eyes set on another school, but take a look online to find out more about. I think that's where God is calling you to be."

This is how I first found out about Regent. I then researched Regent online, prayed about it, and I truly know that God has called me here. Regent is a great atmosphere for young Christian students that want to learn and integrate themselves into society with a strong education and belief in Christ.

Government Degree

I am a government major and organizational leadership and management minor. I plan on attending law school; and being able to have a Christian foundation truly inspires me and helps me in my future career in politics. Regent provides you with an awareness of other ideologies and teaches you how to use that knowledge in order to minister towards others in a modern society.

In the middle of summer.


It is June, boy how times flies. Well, nothing much has been going on with me this summer. I have been doing my internship with JAG and getting ready for the National Conservative Student Conference in D.C. I recently went to Kentucky to visit a friend and it was nice being surrounded by nature. I went hiking and went to a couple of national parks. I also went contra dancing for the first time. It is much like line/square dancing but flashier. I love contra dancing now. A good time was had.

I am actually ready to go back to the Regent community. It is not very interesting in Ohio but at least I get to be around family. The biggest thing I am looking forward to in the fall is move in time at the commons and freshman orientation. Though it is hectic around that time, Regent is filled with excitement as new students come to Regent University and returning students enjoy their time being back. I am also excited to go back at work to CBN as a prayer counselor. The employees feel more like a family. I do miss them.
